Dinner Rolls

Bread making always sounds sounds like too much work to me.  After a few brioches that almost overpowered the motor on my mixer and a very botched muesli bread I mostly avoid doing it myself, but when I saw the title 1 Hour Dinner Rolls I thought there couldn't be too much to lose.  I'm glad I did, it's just so satisfying to pull your own bread rolls out of the oven!  I wish I had been wearing a hostess apron at the time, sometimes it's nice to feel a little Stepford wife-ish (admittedly not very often).  And yes, I know that's a scary movie, the beginning is rather pretty though!
