It's June and today I've been admiring photos of last years tomato crop. I'm dreaming of when it's time for tomatoes, when our garden is overflowing with them, dreaming of fried green tomatoes, tomato salad, homemade ketchup, relish jam! I'm dreaming of when I have so many tomatoes that I don't know what to with them and I start giving them away (to good homes of course...one can't be too careful with such treasures).
